Delivery of your order
Free delivery is offered on all purchases over $60.
Currently, purchases are only accepted within New Zealand. A standard flat rate delivery fee of $5.00 is charged for all orders under $60. All deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. You may provide a work address if you are not at home to receive deliveries. We aim to have all orders prior to 12 pm dispatched same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day. Please note that deliveries are made during working hours, generally not over weekends and also please allow for any delays due to public holidays or unforeseen national disaster disruptions to courier services. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order following receipt of payment. Once collected and entered into the courier system, your order should arrive 2-3 working days. Please note that as we use a courier service for deliveries, they will not deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag address. All addresses must be physical and require signing on receipt. If there is any discrepancy with your delivery address you will be contacted for clarification.
Tracking your order delivery
Once your item is ready for dispatch, you will receive an automated email notification from The Vapory, with your delivery and online courier tracking details. Please follow the progress of your delivery through the online tracking system.
Lost or items damaged during delivery
If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel, longer than the expected time frame and there is no reasonable explanation for the delay, you may get in touch with us through firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact page and we will follow this up for you. If you have not received your parcel within 10 days, please advise us immediately so that we are able to investigate and if necessary proceed to claim for a loss.
Returns and Refunds
Our returns do not extend to e-liquids and e-juices due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer a refund on these items. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with the items you’ve purchased we are happy to accept a return within 7 days. Please contact us at email@example.com no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Requests for returns based on the 7-day return policy that fall outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Items that are returned by choice (not due to defect, arrived damaged, or not as described) will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
Items must be returned in an unused, original condition and with the original packaging. There may be additional charges for re-delivery of your replacement item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless you are returning the items due to receiving them in a damaged, defective or not as described condition. A refund will not be issued if it is deemed the items have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods. We suggest you obtain proof of return delivery by either returning the item using tracked post or courier. Shipping costs will be refunded to you if the goods are faulty or not as described. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of returns sent to us without proof of traceable delivery.
Refunds and exchanges are not possible on sale items.
Items may be exchanged for the same product, not for another. In the case that the aforementioned product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product replacement or if you wish, request a refund.
Return of defective or, not as described items
If you are returning an item based on deeming it is defective, arrived damaged or not as described it will be replaced or refunded (refunding includes the original shipping cost). We may refuse returns, refunds or exchanges based on claims of damage or defect where it is apparent that specified information has been ignored or product guidance not adhered to or claims of the defect are in fact natural aspects of the design of the item.
